It was just one chilly night when Mr C decided to bring me there because I said I wasn't very hungry but he knows I'm fickle-minded with the food I eat. Although the price is on the high side at East 8, but their tapas never disappoint. The place was not difficult to find, there are indoor and outdoor areas. We took the outdoor area because it was really cold after the heavy rain. The lighting was not so good for photography but it was perfect ambience for the both of us.
Melting Pork Slider
Juicy braised pork cheek with
melted gruyère cheese,
grain mustard, and tomatoes. I call it the mini hamburger. Yes, the pork was melting inside my mouth when I had my first bite. The taste was heavenly!
Ham & Cheese
Buffalo mozzarella cheese,
prosciutto ham topped with
black truffle mayo. Very delicious combination, it was a party in my mouth.
Portobello Fries
Crispy truffle portobello mushroom fries with roasted garlic aioli. I asked for extra mayo because eating it alone but many can get a bit too "mushroomy. But I love it not because I'm a mushroom fan but because it's so special and crispy!
Soy Yuzu Beef
Soy yuzu infused torched sliced Argentine tenderloin. This was the highlight of the night. The beef literally melted inside my mouth. I'm not really good with descriptions but it did MELT. It wasn't too chewy like some other beef I ate at other places, you get so tired of trying to chew everything but it was just nice. While I'm typing this, I'm already thinking when is my next visit. THIS IS A MUST TRY. (Secretly inside me, I also loved the salad they placed beside the beef. HAHA. )
Molten Peanut Butter and Chocolate

ice cream. At first, I was a little skeptical about Mr C. ordering this because I'm really not a fan of peanut butter. But it turns out to be very pleasant. When you cut the cake, you can literally see the peanut butter and melted chocolate flowing out of it. It was really rich. However, I would like it better if there wasn't too much of the peanut butter and chocolate but more of the cake itself so it won't be too overwhelming.
Overall it was a really good experience, the people there are also really attentive to our needs. I would love to head back to try the other tapas on the menu although it was pricey. The next visit I would bring my friends along for drinks or even a simple date with Mr C.!

Working principle:
The regulator is composed of five parts: inlet body, inlet body, outlet body, outlet body and conductor. The inlet body is equipped with the main valve pressure regulating spring, high pressure cylinder sleeve, sealing film and so on. The outlet valve body is provided with a fixed valve seat, the valve seat and the high-pressure cylinder sleeve formed a sealing pair. When the conductor is closed, the high-pressure cylinder is covered with the action of the main valve spring, close to the fixed seat, the medium is closed in the regulator; When the conductor is opened, under the action of the pilot gas of the conductor, the sealing rubber film pulls the sealing film pressure plate to press the spring, so that the high-pressure air cylinder sleeve leaves the fixed seat, the larger the command valve opens, the larger the gap between the high-pressure air cylinder sleeve and the fixed seat, so as to achieve the function of adjusting the pressure level and flow rate.
